The place was clean, I loved its staff and food.

The staff is attentive, the breakfast plentiful, the ocation is perfect not far from the lake, shops and the city centre.

All nice, including staff and rooms.

I spent 3 nights here and I liked that. I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was very clean. The hotel staff was RESPECTFUL and helpful.

The rooms were convenient and cosy, the breakfast was appetising. Staff was willing to help and kept it all fairly clean.

Clean, smoke-free hotel with awesome location right on the lake.

Location and staff are very good, I loved exceptionally comfortable bed. Lots of supplies in the room: multi-channel television, a writing table and an electronic key card. Positioned in the nice enough area, just next door to the center, the lake and the stores/restaurants. Moreover, hotel is close to a premier winery.

Very polite staff and boxed breakfast. Top location, really close to shops, the center, the beach, yet the area was not very nice. Modern hotel, perfect service.

A bit small bathroom.

Staff were eager to help, such highly professional people. Attractively furnished rooms, marble-lined bathrooms, good beds. Boxed breakfast with outstanding food selection. Pool was great and there were a whirlpool and a sauna.

The hotel was hip new and I loved the streets of Lake George. The staff was remarkable and made it a very positive experience. Boxed breakfast had variety of options, like eggs, toast, bacon, hot waffles and jam. The pool was well-maintained and the garden - nice. Venue was reasonably priced, good value as opposed to other options.

Staff were absolutely courteous, the location was picturesque, the bed was large. Exceptional view of harbour. Fast check-in.

absolutely incredible location, exceptionally kind staff, neat venue, large breakfast. the beach adjacent to the hotel was good. i visited in-house bar and tried complimentary drinks. there was a pool with a whirlpool and a sauna too. what's mote - there was stable internet.

Good value, and the location was stunning for exploring Lake George. The staff were absolutely friendly and the nice hot breakfast was provided. The bathroom was very basic.

Staff was very attentive, location optimal, bed soft. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. Room was great and amazing new with a really spacious bathroom. Easy check-out too. A beautiful beach, absolutely gorgeous view. The food at the lobby restaurant was decent...

Fairly clean place in chic style with all necessary facilities. The very quick check-in too. There were great internet and easy free parking available.

I had a fairly nice stay. Fairly clean, good family hotel, I loved neat rooms and considerable staff. I slept so comfy in the so so comfy bed. Outdoor bar with hot drinks. There was an outstanding restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door. The food was very tasty, had lots of options.

Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. The hotel had patio. Characterful base for exploring Lake George.

I loved staying here, the location was awesome. The pool was amazing, wonderful breakfasts. The good beach was located adjacent to the property.

It was worth its 3 stars. We truly enjoyed NICE drinks and views. For tea or coffee visit scoops ice cream parlor nearby.

A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were in the standard queen room. We dined out at Giuseppe's Pizzeria, set very close to the hotel.

The property needs updating.

we appreciated the nice pool. thanks to bartender, who often helped us. moreover, we had no problems with free wi fi.

Centrally located hotel. The property was situated not far from many major sights and within 10 mins walk from Adirondack Winery. Parking was provided. We enjoyed georgian lakeside resort:)))

Ali baba express was 10 mins walk away. Cozy base for a city break in Lake George! Nothing bothered me with the hotel.
